What is Settlement Week?
A program that gives parties an opportunity to resolve issues and cases using mediation or neutral evaluation. During this week, the Court offers free/low cost help to people who want to settle their case — without having to go through the expense of litigation. Below you will find plain-language descriptions of each service we offer, along with simple steps to get started.
