Fostering Community Partnerships

The FRC Program model fosters partnerships with local community based agencies to provide alternatives to traditional court practices.

Participants gain more parenting time taking into consideration the best interests of the child as they progress through the program and are acknowledged for positive changes in their lives. FRC Program Participants are encouraged to maintain personal responsibility by following their individualized treatment plan and compliance with Court orders.
