If you are scheduled for a Family Recovery Court Enrollment hearing with Judge Katarina Cook please view this short video that explains the Participation Agreement prior to the scheduled hearing and submit the code featured at the bottom of the video.

FAILURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO PRIOR TO THE ENROLLMENT HEARING WILL RESULT IN THE HEARING BEING CONTINUED.
