Accommodation Requests
Summit County Domestic Relations Court will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone with a disability, enabling individuals to access and participate in Court services, programs, and events provided that the accommodation does not fundamentally alter the nature of the hearing, program, service, or event, or impose undue hardship on the Court. The Court encourages individuals to inform Court Administration as to what kind of accommodation would enable them to effectively participate in the Court’s hearings, services, programs, and events. While the Court may not be able to fulfill your exact accommodation request, the Court will strive to provide an equal opportunity to participate in all Court services.
To request accommodation, please complete the Court’s Local Form 142 and send it to admin@drcourt.org at least 7 days prior to your hearing or event. For questions, contact the Court at 330 643 2365.
Summit County Domestic Relations Court will not share your personal information, material, or documents other than for purposes of business necessity.
