There are five new parenting time schedules which were created by Administrative Judge Katarina Cook to address the unique needs of families. Some schedules permit flexible parenting time based on the child’s age, parents’ work schedules, or other circumstances which may affect parenting time. The schedules are designed to serve as a worksheet and can be altered as the parents agree.
Parenting Time Schedule C closely approximates the court’s discontinued Standard Parenting Time Order.
You must submit a Motion and a proposed Order granting this motion to the court. There is no guarantee this motion will be granted. If the motion is denied, you should be prepared to attend the hearing in person at the specified date and time.
