General Application for Volunteer Attorney and/or Community Partners

This form may be used for:

• Attorneys who wish to volunteer their time to provide legal aid
• Community Agency/Organizations that wish to table at events
• This form is an application to participate at one of the Courts Events. All Attorneys, Community Partners, and Vendors will receive a notice that their application has been approved by the Court.
