Notice of Exhibits to be Destroyed

NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS AND PARTIES DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT EXHIBITS TO BE DESTROYED All exhibits submitted to the Summit County Domestic Relations Court INCLUDING FINANCIAL AFFIDAVITS on cases closed on or before December 31, 2016 will be destroyed on or after April 29, 2019.   Parties who wish to retrieve any evidence submitted by them to the court shall do so by contacting the Domestic Relations Court Administrator (330-643-2082) or email: kteleis@drcourt.org no later than April 25, 2019.  Evidence may be retrieved during normal business hours of the court at 205 S. High Street, 2nd Floor, Akron, OH 44308.  Any evidence not claimed by the party who submitted it will be destroyed on or about April 29, 2019 if not claimed before that...

Judge Cook’s investiture and Retirement of Judge Carol Dezso

The Domestic Relations Court bids farewell to Judge Carol Dezso who retires after serving as a Judge in the Domestic Relations Court since 1993.  Judge Dezso’s term ends on January 5, 2017.
